Marketing Data Analyst (m/f/n)

Founded in 1999 by Rafał Brzoska, InPost provides delivery services through our network of almost 47,000 Automated Parcel Machines (APMs) and almost 35,000 pick-up drop-off points (PUDO) in nine countries across Europe, as well as to-door courier and fulfilment services to e-commerce merchants. InPost’s lockers provide consumers with a cheaper and more flexible, convenient, environmentally friendly and contactless delivery option.

Job Description

Your responsibilities:

  • Own digital marketing analytics for InPost's international markets, supporting paid media and web analytics performance.
  • Analyze performance marketing data using advanced SQL and Python to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Act as a consulting partner to markets: proactively interpret data, challenge assumptions, and recommend campaign optimizations.
  • Translate high-level business questions into deep-dive analyses that go beyond basic reporting.
  • Define KPIs, methodologies, and analytical standards for a newly created international digital analytics function.
  • Ensure strong data quality and consistency across digital data sources.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with user analytics.
  • Experience in digital / performance marketing analytics (paid media, web analytics, campaign measurement).
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis with strong hands-on skills in SQL and Python.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g. BigQuery, Databricks, Azure, AWS).
  • Knowledge of cookie consent and privacy frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, GA4).
  • Experience working in an international, multi-market environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and consult stakeholders.
  • Very good English and Polish communication skills (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with automated Power BI dashboards and reporting.
  • Experience with Adjust.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with server-side tracking.
  • Experience with heatmap and behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity).
  • Knowledge of media platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, DV360, Adform, TikTok.
