We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join their growing engineering team. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the development of a cutting-edge platform, working directly with the CTO and founding team to shape the technical vision and scalability of the product. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust backend systems, creating seamless front-end experiences, and exploring emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance automation and platform capabilities.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Proven experience in software development, with a strong background in PHP and Laravel framework.
- Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly Vue.js, for frontend development.
- Experience in building scalable SaaS platforms or web applications that support high user loads and growth.
- A passion for emerging technologies, especially AI and machine learning, with a desire to incorporate these into product development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, taking ownership of projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Python or AI/ML technologies is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance applications using PHP, Laravel, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Contribute to the architecture and continuous evolution of the SaaS platform, ensuring it remains robust and adaptable to future needs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and leadership to deliver new features and improve existing functionalities.
- Explore and integrate AI and machine learning capabilities to automate processes and enhance platform intelligence.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, security, and performance through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Research emerging technologies and industry trends to inform technical strategy and innovation initiatives.
- Take ownership of features and initiatives, managing them through the entire development lifecycle from initial concept to deployment and maintenance.
