Job Summary:The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising complex technology initiatives across multiple domains. This role oversees systems development, defines project requirements, and ensures successful delivery of large-scale programs while managing stakeholders, timelines, and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise complex technology initiatives
  • Oversee systems development for major applications
  • Define project requirements including business analysis and data needs
  • Develop project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
  • Manage multiple projects and project managers across large teams
  • Coordinate meetings and interface with business units and service providers
  • Ensure delivery meets scope, cost, schedule, and quality standards
  • Govern project lifecycle from proposal through closure
  • Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues as needed
  • Manage resource acquisition, deployment, and budget planning
  • Provide status reporting, issue management, and stakeholder communication
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and IT management
Required Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience managing large and complex IT projects
  • Strong experience with full life cycle development
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale programs and teams
  • Experience working with project methodology tools
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage operational direction
  • Strong experience in stakeholder and executive communication
Nice-to-Have Experience:
  • Banking or financial institution experience
  • PMP certification
  • Experience with payment-related projects
Required Skills:
  • Project management (large-scale IT initiatives)
  • Full life cycle development knowledge
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Visio, Confluence, JIRA, Clarity, PowerPoint

Additional Skills:
