Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Singapore team. This role plays a key part in supporting hiring across finance, business support, and creative functions, partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver a seamless and high-quality recruitment experience.
You will be involved in both operational recruitment coordination and talent pipelining, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment coordination across finance, support, and creative roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support candidate delivery
- Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist with candidate sourcing and pipelining, including screening and initial outreach where required
- Maintain and update candidate data, reports, and ATS systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Support offer management and onboarding coordination
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including social media, job postings, and recruitment campaigns
- Provide administrative and operational support across Talent Acquisition projects and processes
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination
- Exposure to hiring for corporate functions (e.g., finance, HR, admin) and/or creative roles is a plus
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools is advantageous
- Passion for recruitment and delivering a strong candidate experience
