- Manage calendars and ensure adherence to scheduled appointments, including prioritizing new meeting requests
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations on behalf of executives
- Document, maintain, and enforce policies and procedures to support business operations
- Capture and distribute meeting minutes at executive leadership and committee meetings
- High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an administrative role, with at least 3 years supporting a C-level executive
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience in healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management, or a Managed Care environment
