Job Title: Sr. React Native Developer (Web3)
Location: 100% Remote
Compensation / Salary: $100 K to $120K / Yr. (USD)
Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Developer to lead the development of the mobile version of our Web3 on-chain job marketplace platform.
- The existing web application is built using React, and the mobile application will be developed using React Native to ensure architectural consistency across platforms.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a high-performance mobile application for both iOS and Android, with seamless integration of blockchain features such as wallet authentication, transaction flows, and escrow-based workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain the mobile application using React Native
- Implement blockchain wallet integrations and transaction workflows
- Build intuitive mobile user experiences for escrow funding, milestone payments, and job processes
- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and stability across iOS and Android devices
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, and smart contract teams
- Conduct testing and manage deployments to App Store and Google Play
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in React Native development
- Hands-on experience building and deploying applications for both iOS and Android
- Strong understanding of Web3 and blockchain integrations (wallet connections, transaction signing)
- Experience integrating crypto wallets or blockchain-based transactions into mobile applications
- Familiarity with React-based frontend architecture
- Experience working with REST APIs and backend services
- Technical & Development Environment Requirements
- Access to a macOS development environment
- Active Apple Developer Account
- Experience with TestFlight for iOS testing and deployment
- Proficiency with Android Studio for Android development and testing
Engagement Details:
- Contract / Project-based role
- Fully remote collaboration
- Flexible engagement model (hourly or milestone-based)
