Responsibilities:
• Assist in scanning and organizing HR documents to support record management and compliance.
• Navigate applicant tracking systems and audit files for accuracy and completeness.
• Generate reports and maintain spreadsheets to track HR data and processes.
• Order office supplies, manage payments, and handle billing tasks as needed.
• Support the HR Director with day-to-day operations and special projects.

• Proficiency in HRIS platforms, such as Hirebridge or PeopleGuru.
• Advanced skills in Excel and the Office Suite.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to generate reports and analyze HR data effectively.
• Familiarity with employee onboarding processes.
• Excellent time management skills and reliability in meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and external vendors.
