About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead a portfolio of OTC brands with a strong focus on media-driven growth (TV & Digital). This position became available due to an internal promotion — a great chance to join a team where growth is possible. In this role, you will own the full product lifecycle — from market analysis and strategy development to execution and performance optimization — ensuring sustainable brand growth and strong commercial results. You will drive integrated marketing initiatives, manage budgets and ROI, and work cross-functionally to deliver impactful campaigns and strengthen brand positioning in a competitive market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage full product lifecycle from market analysis to execution and performance tracking
- Develop brand positioning and growth strategies based on data and insights
- Plan and execute integrated media campaigns (TV, Digital, in-store)
- Drive brand growth through effective communication mix and creative approaches
- Manage budgets and ensure ROI across brands
- Work cross-functionally with sales, medical, regulatory, and external agencies
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years in pharmaceutical marketing (OTC preferred)
- Hands-on experience with TV advertising and Digital campaigns
- Background in brand/product management
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects
- English: Upper Intermediate level or higher
