We are looking for a highly organized professional to plan, execute and control projects to ensure they are completed efficiently on time and within the specified scope.

The main objective of this position is to ensure the smooth running of projects by coordinating teams, controlling deadlines, maintaining documentation and supporting communication with clients and stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:

- Define project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Create detailed project plans, implementation approaches, schedules and resource allocation.

- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met by all parties.

- Allocate tasks to team members according to their skills and competencies.

- Facilitate communication within the team to resolve issues and optimize workflows.

- Conduct regular status meetings to maintain team alignment on shared goals.

- Implement processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Review and validate annotated data before handing it over to the client.

- Work closely with the QA team to process feedback and make necessary improvements.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients to gather requirements and provide updates.

- Prepare and present project reports, presentations, and performance indicators (metrics).

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

- Fluent in English.

- 3+ years of experience in project management

- 4+ years of experience in client account management, preferably in a client-facing role

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and prioritization skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
