Job Summary

Candidate will be responsible for end-to-end life cycles of Samsung’s fintech oriented products programs to increase Samsung’s MX products portfolio market share.

Job Description

1. Develop and execute business plans by analyzing opportunities, costs, commercial terms, and market trends.
2. Oversee all phases of project implementation, from sales handover to client acceptance, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
3. Design and optimize consumer programs, business processes, and customer experience journeys to achieve maximum efficiency and results.
4. Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with external partners and vendors critical to project success.
5. Establish, nurture, and grow key client relationships throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and business continuity.
6. Prepare concise project documentation, including plans, Gantt charts, SLAs, and operational reports, ensuring clarity for all stakeholders.
7. Track project progress, manage budgets, anticipate issues, and escalate concerns to prevent disruptions.
8. Lead cross-functional meetings, resolve operational escalations, and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or a related field; master degree is a plus.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in product marketing, project management preferably in tech industry.

• Experience managing 3rd party vendors and contractors, including onboarding and performance monitoring.

• Good understanding of fintech trends and market analysis techniques.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills both in English

• Excellent skills in MS Office Suite

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop business plans and identify opportunities.

• Strong negotiation skills to establish commercial terms and partner relationships.

• Self-starter with a strong communication and presentation skills
