We are seeking a Senior Developer with strong backend expertise and a full-stack mindset to join our agile team. You'll play a leading role in the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications, working closely with stakeholders and product owners in a SCRUM environment to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

Position : PHP Developer (B3)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Developer with strong backend expertise and a full-stack mindset to join our agile team. You'll play a leading role in the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications, working closely with stakeholders and product owners in a SCRUM environment to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain complex web applications using PHP [CakePHP Framework].
- Extend and maintain internal libraries, API, and documentation.
- Design, implement, and optimize MySQL databases for reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and UI/UX designers to build seamless, high-performing applications.
- Apply SCRUM practices, participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Implement and maintain DevOps pipelines for CI/CD and automation (preferably in Microsoft Azure).
- Use Git for version control and collaborate using Gitflow, code reviews, and feature branching.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and data integrity.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the development team.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions for innovative feature development
Required Skills :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development, ideally with CakePHP or Laravel.
- Expert-level knowledge of MySQL, database architecture, and query optimization.
- Deep knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and automated testing.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and understanding of modern frontend practices.
- Experience working in SCRUM/Agile teams with clear sprint objectives and deliverables.
- Strong DevOps skills, including CI/CD, containerization, and scripting in Azure environments.
- Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to code quality, performance, security, and documentation.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
- Excellent communication skills in fluent English and teamwork skills
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration tools.
- Exposure to financial or investment-related software solutions.
- Experience with testing strategies and tools (e.g., PHPUnit, Jest, Selenium).
- Experience : 5-6 years
