Job Summary:

As a senior member in your team, you will extensively collaborate with cross functional teams to create successful design solutions. You will be working within an agile environment to create user centered product solutions by identifying problems and scope in opportunities which could be translated to designs!

Job Responsibilities:

• A full stack experienced product designer in taking responsibility for all the aspects of designs you produce - from the very conceptualisation to the final deliverables
• Defining success measures test ideas quickly through prototyping and embedding a learning culture.
• Understand the Problem Statements, design hypothesis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the business objectives are met in the design solutions produced
• Well verse with the Design Trends, HCI and responsibilities in ensuring the team to create truly User centric design solutions
• Extensively contribute in enhancing and evolving the Rapido Design System
• Ability to lead and mentor junior designers fostering a positive learning culture
• Collaboration with the research team in helping to identify the research required areas, formulating the research goals, usability testing, etc. for enhancing the user experience of the overall product

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 year Experience.
• Experienced in a range of research and design methods
• Building sustainable products and meeting the user needs
• Takes ownership and responsibility, committed to evolve with a sense of learning and growing together.
• Advocate for User-centered practices, embedded within the agile delivery
