About the Role


We are looking for a Program / Delivery Manager who will own the end-to-end success of learning programs and cohorts, including learning outcomes and student placements.

This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality program delivery, strong learning outcomes, and successful student placements by working closely with instructors, students, and internal teams such as curriculum, career services, and operations.

You will drive the operational excellence of programs — from cohort execution and instructor coordination to tracking student performance and ensuring placement readiness.


Key Responsibilities


Program & Cohort Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end execution of learning programs and cohorts.
  • Ensure smooth delivery across curriculum, instructors, and student engagement.
  • Monitor and improve learning outcomes, completion rates, and student satisfaction.

Learning Outcomes & Student Success

  • Drive measurable student learning outcomes across cohorts.
  • Track and improve metrics such as course completion, assessments, projects, and skill development.
  • Work closely with instructors to ensure effective learning delivery and student progress.

Placement Outcomes Ownership

  • Take ownership of student placement readiness and employability outcomes.
  • Work with career services, hiring partners, and internal teams to ensure students are prepared for job opportunities.
  • Track metrics such as placement rate, interview readiness, and hiring outcomes.
  • Identify students who need additional support and implement interventions to improve placement success.
  • Ensure students complete projects, portfolios, mock interviews, and hiring preparation activities required for placements.

Instructor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage and collaborate with instructors, teaching assistants, and community teams.
  • Ensure instructors are aligned with program goals, teaching standards, and outcome expectations.
  • Act as the bridge between curriculum, career services, operations, and student teams.

Operational Excellence

  • Drive planning, coordination, and execution of cohort operations.
  • Build processes to improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and program quality.
  • Ensure cohorts run smoothly across learning, mentorship, and placement preparation stages.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Use dashboards and cohort analytics to track student performance and outcomes.
  • Continuously improve programs using data, feedback, and learning insights.


Must-Have Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)


  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in EdTech, cohort-based programs, or academic delivery.
  • Technical background (B.Tech / BE / MCA or equivalent).
  • Experience managing EdTech cohorts or learning programs.
  • Direct experience in driving learning outcomes and student success metrics.
  • Exposure to placement outcomes or career readiness programs.
  • Strong understanding of coding/web development/data structures fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Good-to-Have

  • Experience managing instructors, teaching associates, or academic teams.
  • Experience working with placement teams or employer partnerships.
  • Prior experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with cohort analytics, retention metrics, NPS, and placement metrics.
