A growing digital product business is hiring a Product Designer to support the development of user-centric products powered by rich data and modern technology.
This is a hands-on role focused on designing intuitive, high-quality digital experiences. You will work across the full product lifecycle, from research and ideation through to prototyping and collaboration with engineering teams.
Role: Product Designer
Salary: £65,000
Location: Guildford w. some hybrid working
What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct user and market research to understand behaviours, needs and opportunities
- Translate insights into clear product ideas and design concepts
- Create user journeys, wireframes, mock-ups and interactive prototypes
- Design intuitive UX and high-quality UI aligned to product and brand goals
- Develop and maintain design systems, components and style guides
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers and marketing teams
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and product performance
What you’ll need:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Product Design or UX/UI role
- Strong understanding of UX and UI principles across web and digital products
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar
- Strong attention to detail across visual design and interaction patterns
- Ability to solve problems through design thinking and user-first approaches
- Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in improving digital products
