You Will

  • Designing and implementing scalable Data & AI solutions based on AWS services
  • Overseeing project execution and partial implementation
  • Collaborating with clients to create solutions aligned with their needs and requirements
  • Creating project cost estimates
  • Collaborating with and mentoring other team members
  • Monitoring system performance and scalability, optimizing infrastructure costs in AWS
  • Ensuring compliance with best practices for security and data management in AWS

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the area of cloud engineering, data engineering, MLOps, AI, data science (in AWS)
  • Experience in designing cloud architectures for data and AI solutions
  • Experience working with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, Glue, Redshift, EMR, etc)
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, as well as deploying models in AWS SageMaker)
  • Excellent communication skills in working with both business and technical teams.
  • Good verbal skills (Polish and English) and a human-friendly approach
  • General willingness to help customers while they're struggling with technical problems
  • Good understanding of software engineering best practices such as code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, deployment, release, and change management
