The firm builds high‑performance systems for institutional clients and is seeking a technical leader who can architect, build, ship, and own the entire technology function. This is a career‑defining opportunity to take full end‑to‑end ownership of a sophisticated trading engine and the surrounding infrastructure.

🔧 What You’ll Lead & Own

• Define and drive the company’s long‑term technology vision and architecture
• Write production-grade code daily (expectation: ~90% hands-on)
• Lead engineering standards, system design, and technical decision-making
• Own the product roadmap alongside the CEO and commercial team
• Oversee security, IAM, compliance, and infrastructure reliability
• Build institutional-grade technology in a fast-moving, low‑bureaucracy environment

🧠 What You Bring

• Track record building and shipping high-performance, production systems
• Deep knowledge across backend engineering, DevSecOps, cloud (K8s, Terraform), CI/CD
• Strong understanding of IAM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and security architecture
• Full-stack capability with comfort contributing to any part of the platform
• Experience in trading technology, market data, or latency-sensitive systems is a strong advantage
• “Playing coach” leadership style — strongest IC in the room, leads by example
• Entrepreneurial, delivery‑oriented, and thrives in ambiguity
