Project Manager - QSR, Retail & Hospitality
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a fast-growing real estate and construction team, delivering high-volume QSR, retail, and hospitality projects across the UK. This is a hands-on role offering full ownership of new store openings and refurbishment programmes, from feasibility and concept design through to construction and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects across the UK, ensuring alignment with brand standards, client objectives, and commercial targets
Lead new site launches and refurbishment roll-outs, overseeing scope, programme, budget, risk, and delivery
Chair site meetings, track progress, and maintain accurate cost and programme updates
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost planning
Drive value engineering initiatives without compromising quality
Negotiate contracts and commercial terms
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, CDM 2015, and H&S legislation
Manage consultants and contractors to achieve timely, cost-effective delivery
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
Mentor and support junior team members
About You:
5+ years' multi-site project delivery experience, preferably in retail, QSR, hospitality, or leisure fit-outs
Strong technical knowledge of M&E, FF&E, and construction methodologies
Commercially astute with budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control expertise
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
Knowledge of UK building regulations and H&S compliance
Able to manage multiple live projects at pace
Full UK driving licence and flexible for national travel
Desirable:
Client-side or contractor-side experience
Professional accreditation (RICS, MCIOB, APM, PRINCE2)
Exposure to sustainable construction or digital tools (BIM, Procore)
