Your new role
A skilled IT Business Analyst who provides rigorous, evidence-based analysis by eliciting and documenting requirements, mapping processes, managing traceability, supporting procurement and testing, and delivering clear insights that enable effective decision making and well governed project outcomes.
Demonstrated experience capturing and analysing current‑state and future‑state business processes, rules and dependencies, with the ability to identify constraints, risks and issues impacting solution design.
What you'll need to succeed
Skilled in facilitating workshops and interviews to elicit, validate and prioritise requirements, and capable of producing high‑quality analysis artefacts that support project planning and solution development.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability, with the ability to work effectively across business, technical and project teams and convey complex information clearly.
