What You’ll Do

We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our AI and Automation Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the APIs that power the Core AI capabilities at CORTO.

To Make This Happen You Will

  • Design, develop and maintain API endpoints that orchestrate prompts and responses across multiple Large Language Models (LLMs) using C# and .NET technologies
  • Maintain and enhance Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines that connect enterprise knowledge sources with Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Prototyping and experimentation with new AI techniques ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
  • Working extensively with AWS, including S3, ECS, SQS, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and more
  • Optimizing code for performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver efficient solutions

What You’ll Bring

You are a focused, motivated and hard-working developer who wants to join a fantastic growing team at a critical time and learn on the job to expand your skills. In addition to that you will bring:

  • Demonstrated skills with ASP.NET Web API with 3+ years' experience
  • Experience building RESTful APIs
  • Experience with MS SQL, PostgreSQL or any other relational database
  • Experience with DynamoDB or any other NoSQL database
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud computing platforms
  • Nice to haves – Python, RAG and PGVector experience.
