Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (.Net and API)
Duration: 12 Month Contract

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (.NET and API) to join a high-performing team building innovative AI-driven solutions in the financial sector.
You’ll play a key role in developing a next-generation platform and modernising backend systems to create a scalable, AI-powered experience that helps bankers better support small business customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET.
- Contribute to building scalable platforms that support AI-enabled applications and modern digital experiences.
- Assist in modernising legacy systems by migrating monolithic applications to a service-based architecture.
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in Agile development activities including technical design, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 8-10+ years’ experience as .Net Backend Software Engineer
- Strong API Development
- Ideally has Banking and Finance domain experience, enterprise/large environment experience is acceptable
- Agile Environment
- Python Skills is a plus
- Exposure to AI coding tools / AI agents is a plus
