We are seeking a Golang Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems. This role is ideal for someone passionate about distributed systems, microservices, and building efficient, reliable applications using Go.

• Develop and maintain backend services and microservices using Golang
• Build and integrate APIs, messaging systems, and databases
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams on architecture and features
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend applications
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices
• Document systems, processes, and architecture

• 2–5 years of experience in Golang backend development
• Strong proficiency in Go and related frameworks
• Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, and messaging systems
• Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Based in Australia with full working rights

• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and cloud-native systems
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
