In this role, you’ll help bring our purpose to life by supporting our CGU and WFI brands, protecting businesses of all sizes through CGU’s specialist commercial insurance, and backing regional and rural communities through WFI’s long‑standing relationships with farming and local enterprise customers.

We’re seeking a People Experience and Capability Coordinator to join our team. If you have a strong willingness to learn and develop, then this is your opportunity to step into the insurance industry and build a long and rewarding career with IAG.

Your work will directly shape how our people learn, grow, and thrive by delivering exceptional operational and administrative support. This is a max-term full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).

You’ll join IAG with extra support through our Early Career Pathways to help you build skills, connect with other early career employees, and plan what comes next. Through structured learning, personalised development and real hands-on experience, we’ll help set you up for success whether you’re‑ a high school leaver or have limited to no prior experience. This is an internal secondment role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate training session scheduling, communications and logistics
  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding capability experience
  • Prepare capability and compliance reporting
  • Respond and provide support to capability queries, Learning Management System processes and onboarding workflows

What You'll Bring

  • You'll be curious, with a positive attitude to learning and technology, including an enthusiasm for utilising AI
  • You'll have excellent attention to detail and will be savvy on a variety of systems including Word and Excel
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to share knowledge and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience within administration or similar role would be beneficial
  • Certificate or diploma in Business Administration, HR, Learning Support, or related field (preferred but not essential)
