We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Full-Stack JavaScript Engineer to join our growing team. You will join our Virto.CORE team and you’ll be responsible for co-creating interactive 3D applications on the web. We highly value innovation and you will think along with us about our current business processes and implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement various visualizations for solar panel layouts with associated data such as wind, snow load, ballast, wiring schemes, etc.
• Improve performance and features of existing services.
• Translate designs into reliable working code and take ownership of your implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code following test-driven development practices.
• Design technical solutions to address business challenges.
• Ensure code maintainability through clear documentation.
• Build web applications integrating with various APIs.
• Participate in Scrum rituals (stand-ups, sprint reviews, retro, sprint planning and storytelling).

What are we looking for?

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or science, or similar through experience.
• You have at least 1- 2 years of professional experience in software development.
• You have solid experience with both front and back-end development (React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js).
• You have knowledge of databases and backend technologies (Nest.js, MongoDB, Docker).
• You are interested in gaining knowledge about 3D visualizations using Three.js and solar energy.
• You are a hands-on developer who sees AI as a supportive tool to strengthen your work, while maintaining full ownership of your output.
• You are sociable, flexible and communicative.
• You are comfortable collaborating in a remote team.
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
