Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models within a cloud-based environment. This role will focus on developing marketing-driven models, requiring a strong blend of technical expertise and an understanding of marketing use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to support marketing initiatives.
• Work with large-scale datasets using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery.
• Collaborate with marketing and data teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines for model training and evaluation.
• Optimize model performance and ensure scalability in production environments.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code.
• Monitor and improve existing models based on performance metrics and business impact.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data science and machine learning applications.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Solid experience working with BigQuery for data analysis and processing.
• Understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience building and deploying models in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with marketing data or building marketing-focused models (e.g., customer segmentation, churn prediction, campaign optimization).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of MLOps best practices.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially marketing stakeholders.
