Job Title: MEP Project Manager
Location: Belgium (Data Centre Project – Site-Based)
Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off (negotiable)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Mechanical Bias) to lead the delivery of mission-critical data centre projects, with a strong focus on data hall fit-out. This is a site-based role in Belgium, working within a high-performance environment on large-scale, technically complex builds.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in mechanical systems, strong MEP coordination capability, and proven experience managing data centre construction projects, particularly during the fit-out and commissioning phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of MEP packages with a mechanical focus across data centre projects
- Oversee data hall fit-out, ensuring alignment with design, programme, and quality standards
- Coordinate between design teams, contractors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
- Drive quality assurance and commissioning processes, particularly for mechanical systems (HVAC, cooling, etc.)
- Monitor progress on-site and proactively resolve technical and delivery challenges
- Support procurement and integration of modular construction components
- Provide leadership to site teams and ensure effective communication across all project phases
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within MEP, with a strong mechanical bias
- Demonstrable track record delivering data centre projects, specifically data hall fit-out
- Strong understanding of HVAC, cooling systems, and mission-critical environments
- Experience working in site-based roles on large-scale construction projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Familiarity with modular or prefabricated construction approaches is highly advantageous
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage project budgets
- Relevant engineering qualification (Mechanical or Building Services preferred)
