Our Client - platform offering industry-neutral investor onboarding clearinghouse for the private markets. It provides solutions for KYC, taxation, managed services, fund subscriptions, MLRO support, etc.

Currently we are looking for Program Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and Governance: Establish and maintain robust reporting and governance frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability in project delivery Target-Driven Delivery:
  • Drive the team to meet deadlines and performance targets, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and implement delivery strategies, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other departments, including technology, operations, and client services, to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns
  • Oversee the allocation of resources, including personnel and budget, to ensure that projects are adequately supported
  • Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Be accountable for department reporting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years on a Program Manager/Delivery/ Engineering roles
  • Proven experience in a senior project management role, preferably within the financial services
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • A deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with budgeting and resource allocation
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
