Our Deal Transformation team provides synergy, separation, HR, IT and commercial due diligence services as well as design, planning and execution support of integration and separation programmes typically in M&A context. Our team also provides profitability and working capital improvement services. As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are now looking for the right candidates to join our team of multi-disciplinary M&A experts. While our preferred starting date is during spring 2026, we are flexible, and the start date can be discussed.

As an IT/Tech M&A Senior Consultant in the Deal Transformation team, you will:

• Work on complex IT M&A projects across various industries and M&A lifecycle phases, including due diligence, separations, integrations, and value realization, while developing your skills as an M&A generalist (beyond the IT/Tech focus)
• Work in a project team, guiding and supporting junior colleagues and assuming responsibility for specific areas/sections of the project
• Contribute to delivering actionable insights and solutions that support successful M&A outcomes
• Gain broad exposure to M&A by collaborating closely with teams such as Tax, Consulting and Transaction Services
• Work collaboratively with clients on projects and proposals building your network

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you also have:

• 3 years of relevant experience managing or executing M&A projects focused on IT/Tech
• A strong background in consulting or project work
• Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal skills in English and professional proficiency in Finnish
• Proactive and hands-on attitude for delivering high quality client experience
• A strong client service mindset to build and maintain client relationships
