About The LVMH Experience Design Center
You will join Experience Design Center within the IT department, a transversal center of expertise that supports LVMH Group teams and its Maisons in designing innovative and relevant digital experiences. You will actively participate in the design and improvement of digital experiences across websites, mobile applications, internal tools, and innovative services.
The Experience Design Center work spans three complementary pillars: Design Strategy (clarifying product vision, framing user needs, and informing design direction), UX Research (exploring behaviors and needs through fieldwork, interviews, and testing), and UX/UI/Product Design (crafting intuitive, elegant, and accessible interfaces).
We believe that exceptional user experiences are essential to LVMH's pursuit of excellence - not only for clients, but also for employees & store teams, and internal users across the Group.
Job Responsibilities
As an Apprentice Product Designer, you will join the LVMH Experience Design Center and contribute to the creation of digital experiences across the Group through design, research, and collaboration with multiple Maisons and teams
- Product Design & UI Creation : Assist in the production of wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups, primarily using Figma. Designing elegant and intuitive digital interfaces while maintaining the level of detail expected within the LVMH ecosystem.
- Digital Accessibility : Application of digital accessibility principles in collaboration with the Digital Accessibility Center to ensure inclusive digital experiences.
- UX Research : Support qualitative research initiatives, including user interviews, observations, and usability testing. Contribute to the analysis of insights and help translate findings into clear recommendations that inform design decisions. Participation in the creation of personas, journey maps, and strategic design briefs may also be part of the role.
- Workshops & Collaboration : Participation in co-design workshops and collaborative sessions with internal stakeholders and Maisons.
- Experience Design Community : Support the management of the Experience Design community by helping prepare events, presentation assets, and content.
- AI & Emerging Design Tools : Explore how emerging AI tools can support Brainstorming, Ideation, UX/UI Design, Research, ideation, and prototyping.
- Knowledge Sharing Writting and posting articles related to Experience Design published on the LVMH intranet.
Education and Background: Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree in UX/UI Design, Product Design, Other design fields. Passion for user-centered design principles and methodologies A strong portfolio demonstrating good visual design skills, an understanding of art direction, and a flair for creativity. Technical Competencies: Proficiency with design tools, particularly Figma, and a keen eye for visual detail, typography, and color theory. Understanding of UX research methods and interface design principles Basic skills in UX/UI/Product Design and related concepts including the Laws of UX ; Design Systems ; Human Centered design, Design Thinking ; Agile methodology, etc Basic knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices are a plus. Ability to develop and adhere to visual brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and luxury aesthetic across all digital touchpoints. Experience with or strong curiosity about AI-powered design tools (such as generative AI, prototyping assistants, or research analysis tools) and an interest in exploring how these technologies can augment the design process.
