We focus on ventures in sectors including Deeptech, Climatetech, Fintech, Biotech, SaaS, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain, and our investment activities are concentrated in eight key markets: Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Turkey, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

About the Role

As a Founder Associate, you will work directly with the founders to design, build, and scale the internal engine of Abraseed.

You will take full ownership of AI and automation initiatives that transform manual workflows into scalable, AI-driven systems. You will gain founder-level exposure to investment operations, strategy, and platform development.

You will be part of the team shaping the future of venture capital in MENA.

Submit your application to: [email protected]

What to Include

  1. Examples of Your Work If You Have – any systems, automations, AI tools, or workflows you’ve built (GitHub, Notion, Airtable, or screenshots).
  2. Intelligence & Systems Test (MENA-Focused):

You receive numerous startup submissions each week from multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, website) from founders across the MENA region. Often, data about the startups is limited — for example, team experience may be incomplete, market size is unclear, and traction metrics are sparse.

How would you prioritize which startups to review first? Include your decision-making criteria, key signals, and how you would leverage automation or AI to streamline the process.

Why Intern at Abraseed?

At Abraseed, you will work directly with founders on building the AI-powered backbone of a venture capital platform. You will gain hands-on experience automating investment workflows, designing AI agents, and shaping the decision-making process for early-stage startups.

The MENA region is one of the fastest-growing tech ecosystems in the world, with a rapidly expanding pool of ambitious founders, innovative startups, and emerging market opportunities. This internship gives you the chance to be at the forefront of this growth, learning how venture capital operates in a high-velocity environment while contributing to real impact.

With high ownership, founder-level exposure, and meaningful responsibility, this is a unique opportunity to learn, build, and make a difference in the next-generation venture platform.
