Reporting to the Downstream Supply Chain Planning Director (in charge of the Pull Flow Implementation Program), the Projects Director supports the transformation of the Supply Chain Permanent and future Fashion Carry-Over business models through the coordination and implementation of key sub-projects of the program and help the Program Director in the Program coordination.

This program aims to gain agility and efficiency in Supply Chain planning & operations and comes with a scope of long-term and in-depth changes of processes.

This Pull flow implementation program is composed of 6 projects :

-Assortment framing

-Sales forecasting

-POS stock sizing

-DC Stock management

-Supply plan

-Collaboration Supply - Manuf

-KPI Cockpit

As Pull Flow Projects Director, you are directly responsible for the deployment of specific projects (POS Stock sizing & KPI Cockpit) securing:

• Business needs definition (target model) & detailed specifications
• Data collection & data accuracy
• As-is & To-be Process & flows mapping
• Adequacy of solutions & tools with business needs and IT architecture (including the business rules documentation)
• Observation of deadlines and monitoring of the planning
• Risk management of the streams
• UAT cases definition & deployment and validation of the tests
• Go-live without backsliding for users
• Guarantee of the consistency of the defined project into the program (with attention to streams interactions)
• Change management, including in depth training of end-users
• Communication support on project advancement & reporting integrated in the overall program management system (weekly bases with program management)

As support and under the responsibility of the Program Director, you are in charge of the coherence & coordination of the business / IT content of the other streams (see model here after) by your interactions with :

• The Program Director
• The External consultants in charge of the specific projects where they lead as AMOA Business
• The external consultants in charge of the program management
• The other Business Projects Directors
• The other Christian Louboutin Departments involves (Supply Chain, IT, Regions Planning, Production, Finance & Merchandising)

Profile

Experience

• Experience in Supply Chain Planning preferably in fashion or luxury industry (with skills in forecasting, End to End processes, DRP processes, Business sensibility about Sales performance)
• Project management experience
• Bac+5 Engineering or Commercial Master’s Degree with an emphasis on Operations or Supply Chain Management

Technical Skills

• Great capacity for data analysis
• Good knowledge of ERP ideally M3 & Anaplan
• English fluent

Personal Skills

• Capacity to interact and work with many different stakeholders (business, IT, regions) in an international ecosystem
• Ability to adapt quickly, manage crisis, resilience
• Skills in change management
• Understanding of IT ecosystem
• Business first mentality
• Ability to simplify complex things
