Shape Product Strategy & Drive Process and Data Pipeline Automation as a Product Manager at a Fast-Growing FinTech Platform

Objective

The Privatize team is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Product Manager to lead the discovery, development, and execution of strategic features as well as process and data pipeline automation for our B2B2C Private Markets platform. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap, designing and enhancing user experiences and driving overall platform growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Gather platform intelligence and user feedback to identify opportunities for new features and product improvements
• Own and lead feature specification, working closely with design, engineering, and business teams to bring ideas to life
• Define and analyze key product metrics (KPIs) to iterate on product strategy to design and deliver outstanding user experiences
• Automate data pipelines and processes using AI tools and agents
• Keep in close touch with users to anticipate, investigate and understand product demands and desires and translate them into an effective and smart platform UX/UI

What You Bring

• 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, working with digital products or platforms
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (i.e. Figma)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach and mindset
• Experience with AI tools for product development and workflow automation
• Passion for UX optimization, user-centric thinking and a knack for compelling and elegant platform UI
