Summary

This role is for our hero product in the German market – Craftnote. Our vision for Craftnote is that the tradition of craftsmanship and the digital world will be seamlessly connected through Craftnote, as if it had never been otherwise. Craftnote effectively operates as a startup within Aceve while receiving support from the global functions.

The Product Manager leads the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our SaaS solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing a product roadmap that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring we stay ahead of market trends and competition. You will work closely with partners across the company - software development, UX, GTM, sales, marketing, and customer success - to drive product initiatives from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a data-driven product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
  • Prioritize initiatives based on market opportunities, customer feedback, and business impact
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision to partners across the company
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the skilled trades and construction tech sector
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting our customers
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product goals and execution
  • Gather and prioritize input internally while balancing competing priorities
  • Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch
  • Collaborate with UX Designers to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences tailored to skilled trades professionals
  • Define success metrics for the product and optimise towards them
  • Continuously refine the product to drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Skills And Competencies

We think that you take a prestige-less approach to the ownership of the whole product chain, from requirements to deployment and maintenance, with key experience in high-paced scale-up environments.

  • Fluent in German (speaking) & English (speaking and writing)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in SaaS or B2B software
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
  • Experience conducting customer research and competitor analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
