As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly driven Web3 Growth Manager to lead user acquisition, ecosystem expansion, and growth strategy across our products. This is a fully remote position based in Poland, offering the opportunity to scale cutting-edge Web3 initiatives and directly contribute to high-impact growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Web3 products.
• Identify and scale high-performing growth channels, including social, community, partnerships, and on-chain initiatives.
• Design and manage campaigns across Web3-native platforms (Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, etc.).
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, and key metrics (CAC, retention, conversion) to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to align growth with product development.
• Launch and optimize token-based growth strategies (airdrops, referrals, incentive programs).
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth, marketing, or user acquisition within Web3, crypto, or high-growth tech startups.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 user dynamics.
• Hands-on experience managing communities and growth channels (Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, etc.).
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and experimentation skills.
• Experience scaling products or communities with measurable results.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• High level of ownership, creativity, and performance orientation.
