The Role
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Dublin team. This role offers hands-on experience across high-profile projects, supporting project coordination, site management, and quality assurance. Recent graduates are welcome, and any prior work experience in construction can count toward the one-year experience requirement.
You will:
- Assist Project Managers with site operations, labour planning, and Health & Safety compliance
- Support quality assurance and site inspections to ensure excellent installation standards
- Help develop and maintain project programmes using Microsoft Project
- Attend site coordination meetings and liaise with contractors, clients, and suppliers
- Assist with cost monitoring, re-measuring works, and reporting progress
- Degree or college qualification in construction, construction science, or engineering
- Understanding of construction methods, safety codes, and compliance requirements
- Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills (Microsoft Office essential; Project a plus)
- Team player with initiative and attention to detail
- Current driver's licence
- Eligible to work in Europe (no visa sponsorship available)
