Job Title: Junior Project Manager
Travel: Required across Ireland
Job Purpose:
The Junior Project Manager will support the successful delivery of environmental and compliance projects from initial client engagement through to implementation and close-out. Working closely with senior colleagues, this role will focus on coordinating project activities, supporting stakeholder communication, tracking timelines and ensuring deliverables meet agreed quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination
- Support the management of environmental and compliance projects from initiation to completion.
- Assist in defining project scope, developing plans and setting realistic timelines.
- Monitor progress against milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams under senior guidance.
- Support clear communication and manage expectations throughout project lifecycles.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Resource & Task Management
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Oversee task execution and ensure work is completed to the required standards.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential risks and support mitigation strategies.
- Escalate and assist in resolving issues as they arise.
Communication & Reporting
- Maintain consistent communication with project teams and stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing project updates and progress reports.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure project deliverables meet regulatory, environmental and client standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Project Closure
- Support completion of deliverables and final documentation.
- Assist with formal project close-out procedures.
Travel & Representation
- Willingness to travel across Ireland for site visits, field work and client meetings as required.
- Represent the organisation professionally at meetings and industry engagements.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in project coordination, environmental services, compliance, or a related area (placements considered).
- Background in the pharmaceutical sector is highly desirable.
- Understanding of health, safety and environmental standards is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management or CRM systems is desirable.
Additional Requirements:
- Based in the Ulster region in Ireland.
- Full clean Irish driving licence.
- Willingness to travel nationwide as required for field work and client engagements.
- Full right to work in Ireland (EU/UK passport or valid Irish work visa).
