Chief Technology Officer

€200K base + ESOP

Permanent | Vilnius (relocation supported)

We are partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed technology business operating a portfolio of digital products at global scale, now entering its next phase of growth with a strong focus on AI and platform development.

This is not a traditional CTO role.

We are looking for a builder - someone who has created, not just managed. A hands-on technology leader who can operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment and build systems, teams, and products from the ground up.

The Role:

You will lead the technology direction across a portfolio of ventures, with a focus on:

• Building and scaling core platforms from scratch
• Driving execution in a high-velocity, entrepreneurial environment
• Partnering closely with leadership to align technology with commercial outcomes
• Shaping the next phase of growth across payments, data, and AI

What We’re Looking For:

Must Have

• Proven experience building products or platforms from zero
• Strong background in payments / fintech
• Hands-on technical capability — able to go deep when required
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments
• Strong commercial awareness — understands how technology drives revenue

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to martech / performance-driven environments
• Experience applying AI / automation in real-world products

• Not a corporate transformation role
• Not a strategy-only CTO position
