Chief Technology Officer
€200K base + ESOP
Permanent | Vilnius (relocation supported)
We are partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed technology business operating a portfolio of digital products at global scale, now entering its next phase of growth with a strong focus on AI and platform development.
This is not a traditional CTO role.
We are looking for a builder - someone who has created, not just managed. A hands-on technology leader who can operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment and build systems, teams, and products from the ground up.
The Role:
You will lead the technology direction across a portfolio of ventures, with a focus on:
- Building and scaling core platforms from scratch
- Driving execution in a high-velocity, entrepreneurial environment
- Partnering closely with leadership to align technology with commercial outcomes
- Shaping the next phase of growth across payments, data, and AI
What We’re Looking For:
Must Have
- Proven experience building products or platforms from zero
- Strong background in payments / fintech
- Hands-on technical capability — able to go deep when required
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Strong commercial awareness — understands how technology drives revenue
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to martech / performance-driven environments
- Experience applying AI / automation in real-world products
What This Is Not:
- Not a corporate transformation role
- Not a strategy-only CTO position
- Not a pure people manager
