Our client, Creditinfo Lietuva, the leading credit bureau in Lithuania, established in 2000, is part of the international Creditinfo Group, which operates in over 25 countries across four continents, enabling clients to access Creditinfo services not only in Lithuania but also in other Baltic states and globally.


The company specializes in collecting and analyzing credit information of Lithuanian businesses and individuals. Its services are utilized by commercial banks, credit unions, leasing companies, consumer credit providers, telecommunications firms, and various other businesses and registries. By providing accurate and comprehensive financial data, Creditinfo Lietuva aids clients in making informed decisions, assessing creditworthiness, and managing credit risks.


What You’ll Do

As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our two flagship platforms, collaborating with product, engineering, and data teams. Expect a fast-paced, insight-driven environment where your design decisions will impact thousands of users.

  • Design user-centered experiences across web platforms—from concept to delivery
  • Collaborate with product trio PM, Analyst/Designer, Dev to define problems, goals, and scope
  • Translate complex financial and credit data into intuitive, accessible interfaces
  • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Conduct and apply user research, interviews, and usability testing
  • Balance stakeholder feedback with user needs and product strategy
  • Prioritize effectively across multiple platforms and projects
  • Advocate for design consistency and usability in every sprint


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer working on digital products (SaaS or data-heavy products is a plus)
  • Portfolio demonstrating design process and thinking, not just final visuals
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design/prototyping tools
  • Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working on multiple products and balancing priorities
  • Ability to turn abstract business needs into elegant user flows
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Lithuanian language would be considered as advantage.
  • A data-informed mindset and curiosity for how users actually behave
