About The Role
At Revolut, Operations means problem-solving at scale. Our team tackles the company’s toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. They design systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth.
We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to support the delivery of our People strategy as we continue to scale across Europe. You’ll partner with the Head of HR in Europe to manage and deliver key HR processes for our growing organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Liaising with teams, such as Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance on analysing and defining key HR data
- Running performance and talent cycles (performance review cycles, growth of talent, compensation checks, employee surveys)
- Performing data analytics and reporting to deliver data and reports to key internal and external stakeholders, including governance bodies and regulators
- Managing outsourced service providers, monitoring their performance, and ensuring scope of services are in line with requirements
- Managing a variety of projects, including key change initiatives, new entity set-up, regulatory-related updates, etc.
- Supporting the People function on risk management, quality standards, mapping and documenting processes
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
- 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- Project management skills to effectively plan, coordinate, and deliver people, risk, and reporting initiatives on time and with clear ownership and milestones
- Hands-on coding experience with SQL and Python
- The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills with impeccable attention to detail
- To be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity that requires analysis and action
- A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
- A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and to enjoy working with data
- Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
- HR or consulting experience
