DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of the ServiceNow platform, while ensuring alignment with internal processes and business needs.
• Plays a central role in the implementation, optimization, and governance of the CMDB and Asset Management within the ServiceNow platform.
• Defines and implements the CSDM (Common Service Data Model) to structure relationships between business and technical services, applications, infrastructure, and assets.
• Ensures the quality, consistency, and governance of configuration and inventory data.
• Establishes processes, standards, and best practices for asset and configuration management.
• Works with business and IT teams to analyze needs, define processes, and identify the best solutions to be implemented within the ServiceNow platform.
• Defines functional and technical requirements for solutions, including integration needs with third-party systems.
• Designs the overall solution architecture, functional and technical specifications, and implementation plans, and supports teams from strategy through execution.
• Supervises and guides ServiceNow administrators involved in Asset Management and CMDB, including:
• Ensures consistency between Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and the CMDB to provide a reliable view of the information system.
• Contributes to the selection and evolution of technical solutions related to ServiceNow ITSM.
• Leads technology boards and architecture committees related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Proposes optimizations and functional enhancements to leverage new ServiceNow features and comply with platform best practices.
• Suggests innovative solutions to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensures technical coordination of ServiceNow projects to guarantee overall platform consistency.
• Fluent in French and English
