INCERT is a center of expertise providing services and solutions based on knowledge and experience acquired in cryptography, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), eTravel document, biometry and artificial intelligence.

Established since 2012, INCERT is a Public Agency owned by the State of Luxembourg and the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce. INCERT also represents and defends Luxembourg’s national interests at European and international organizations.

Within the scope of its business activities, INCERT is now recruiting a DevOps Engineer as a permanent position.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

Utilize IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to automate the provisioning and management of infrastructure (Kubernetes, orchestrators, OpenShift), ensuring consistency and scalability.

Performance Optimization:

Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimizations to enhance application and infrastructure performance.

Incident Response and Troubleshooting:

Respond to and resolve incidents promptly, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.

Monitoring and Logging:

Set up and maintain monitoring and logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to track system performance, detect issues, and ensure

application reliability.

Cloud deployment and architecture:

Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based solutions, with a primary focus on Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring rapid and reliable software delivery.

Considered as an asset :

Familiarity with distributed database architectures to ensure data consistency and reliability across environments.

YOUR PROFILE

Technical Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in DevOps.
• Strong understanding of distributed architectures, network protocols, and system security.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and configuration management tools.
• Fluency in English and/or French.

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and security standards.
• Autonomy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• A strong interest in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure.
