Role Overview
As an Azure Cloud Infrastructure Project Manager, you will lead the strategic integration and operational excellence of HashiCorp Vault across large-scale, heterogeneous environments. This role requires a blend of structured project management (Waterfall/SDLC) and modern DevSecOps execution, specifically focusing on Secrets Management, Azure DevOps, and Terraform.
Key Objectives
- Platform Integration: Lead the onboarding of new applications into HashiCorp Vault using IaC and CaC methodologies.
- Architecture & Evolution: Design and implement architectural enhancements while coordinating with multiple stakeholders at scale.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure continuous performance optimization, lifecycle management, and risk mitigation for the Vault platform.
- Disaster Recovery: Plan, orchestrate, and validate DR testing, including scenario definition and cross-team readiness.
- Enablement: Develop comprehensive documentation and deliver structured training sessions to internal technical teams.
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
- Professional Experience : 7+ years as a Project Manager
- Secrets Management : 5+ years in solution design and implementation (specifically Vault)
- Automation / IaC : 4+ years in Terraform (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC)
- CI/CD & DevOps : 4+ years with Azure DevOps Services and CI/CD pipelines
- Methodologies : Proven experience in Waterfall and SDLC environments
- Languages : English (C1 - Mandatory); French (B2 - Recommended)
- Eligibility : European Nationality required
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Infrastructure as Code: High proficiency in Terraform (modules, state management, policy enforcement) across Azure and AWS providers.
- Azure Ecosystem: Strong expertise in Azure DevOps (Git workflows, service connections, governance) and general Azure cloud environments.
- Security & Governance: Deep understanding of environment hardening, secrets management strategy, and DevSecOps principles.
- Delivery Leadership: Ability to manage end-to-end deployments, from initial configuration and troubleshooting to operational rollout and documentation.
