Finance Director | Mada Media

Mada Media, a leading privately-owned outdoor media entity in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Finance Director to drive financial strategy, governance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and align financial strategies with corporate objectives to drive growth and optimize profitability.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and risk mitigation processes.
• Lead and implement robust internal controls and ensure compliance with IFRS standards.
• Drive working capital management to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance with regular reporting to the board and stakeholders.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, audits, and ensure quality control of financial reporting.
• Collaborate with RTA, Dubai Municipality (DM), and external partners on financial matters.
• Optimize resource allocation, reduce costs, and enhance efficiencies through value engineering.
• Stay updated on financial systems, ERP tools, and technological advancements for reporting.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CA/CPA/CFA certification preferred.
• 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a Director-level role within a publicly listed company.
• Prior experience at C-Suite level with a strong network in the region.
• Expertise in financial governance, working capital management, and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage working capital, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
