We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (AWS) to join one of our biggest clients, a leading European group operating one of the largest fully integrated digital automotive marketplaces, managing multiple high‑volume brands across C2B, B2B and B2C, and supporting large‑scale digital products with multi‑billion annual GMV.

Location: Hybrid — Home + Coimbra office once per month

What you will do:

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud solutions (EC2, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, SES, RDS, Lambda)

• Manage and monitor cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications

• Ensure cloud environments follow AWS security best practices

• Define and evolve processes and standards aligned with industry best practices

• Stay updated on the latest trends in AWS and DevOps

• Collaborate closely with Product Engineering teams, Technical Leads, Engineering Managers, and Architects

• Participate in knowledge‑sharing initiatives and mentor team members

What you are like:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (preferred)

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer in AWS environments

• Strong expertise in AWS services and cloud best practices

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS)

• Experience designing and delivering CI/CD pipelines for cloud infrastructure

• Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Datadog)

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills

• AWS Professional Certification (plus)

• Previous experience with .NET / C# is a plus

• Knowledge of Agile or Lean methodologies
