We are currently looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a leading international environment based in Geneva.

You will be part of a highly skilled technology team responsible for designing, building and operating secure, resilient infrastructure platforms across on-premise and cloud environments.

This role is particularly focused on security-driven infrastructures, including cryptography, blockchain-related environments, and sensitive data platforms.

• Design, build and operate secure and resilient infrastructure platforms (on-prem & cloud)
• Manage and optimize virtualized environments, ensuring high availability and performance
• Implement advanced security controls, especially around HSM (Hardware Security Modules)
• Deploy and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Ensure secure key and secrets management (Vault, KMS, HSM)
• Apply modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, GitOps, automation)
• Automate operations using Python, Bash or PowerShell
• Contribute to technical leadership, mentoring and coordination of projects

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
• Strong experience in cloud environments and infrastructure architecture
• Solid knowledge of:
• Security (IAM, Zero Trust, compliance)
• Networking & system architecture
• Proficiency in scripting/programming:
• Python, Go, Java, Bash or PowerShell
• Experience with:
• CI/CD pipelines & GitOps
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, etc.)
• Observability tools (e.g. Prometheus)
• Secrets management (Vault, KMS, HSM)
• Experience with container security and hybrid infrastructures (cloud + on-prem)
• Strong communication skills and team mindset
• Fluent in French and English

You will contribute to the design, deployment and operations of:

• Physical & virtual infrastructure (Linux / Unix / Windows)
• Container platforms and observability stacks
• Network and storage infrastructures
• Hybrid cloud environments
• Secure cryptographic environments (HSM, Vault, KMS)
