Senior Product Manager (Procurement Systems)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, deployment, and improvement of our procurement products, including the Marketplace, Procurement Platform, and Resource Management System.
• Develop and manage the product strategy, roadmap, and goals for the procurement product line.
• Gather requirements, solicit feedback, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success.
• Analyze market trends and drive strategic product decisions that optimize procurement processes.
• Partner with R&D teams in China and other countries to implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of product management experience at a technology company is a must.
• Must have previous experience of developing and managing inhouse procurement software/apps related to CRM, ERP, HRM, etc.
• A strong understanding of enterprise application products and procurement best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with Tier-1 Software Development or Ecommerce company is highly preferred.
