Our strategic services include air quality, chemical management and reporting, digital solutions, sustainability, ESG (environmental, social, and governance), research and remediation, occupational health and safety, waste management, water quality, and the digitalization of all the aforementioned global sustainability management practices. We have offices and remote staff in 27 U.S. states, Canada, Spain and LATAM.

We are currently looking to add a senior project manager with experience in technology consulting to our team in Madrid.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management and implementation of software solutions for large enterprises. We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication and organizational skills and a strong sense of customer care.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage project portfolios by establishing direction and aligning people and resources
• Manage day-to-day implementation of enterprise software solutions, delivering on time and on budget
• Meet billable hour and personal utilization targets (90%).
• Operational management of the project (functional, technical, planning and organizational aspects)
• Build strong relationships with clients and focus on satisfaction
• Ensure proper project management processes are in use throughout the project lifecycle
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability working in a fast-pace environment
• Ensure high-quality project deliverables (including internal validation and testing)

Education/Experience/Skills

• 5 years of Project Management experience implementing enterprise software solutions (ERP)
• 5 years of Project Management experiencie in digital services is required
• PMP certification is required
• Expert in MS Project and waterfall methodology
• A proven track record for project portfolio planning, execution, control and closure
• Experience managing medium-large projects in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written/oral communication skills, particularly in client-facing situations
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and highly organized with solid problem-solving skills
• Proven strong ability to build lasting relationships with clients/partners and business development.
• Ability to efficiently work with remote / distributed teams
• A background in ERPs implementation projects is a must
• Experience as a PM working in a technology consulting firm
• Degree in engineering
• Languages: Bilingual Spanish/English, French also valued.
