Full-timeEngineering, Information Technology

At Garba, we’re building AI-native software that helps sales teams actually sell better - not dashboards they ignore or another CRM tab. We capture customer conversations, extract what matters, and turn it into action.

Founded by the team that previously led Notified into a global PR workflow platform, we are now revolutionizing how modern sales teams operate. Since launching last summer, we've signed new customers every single week and our ARR is growing rapidly. Now we need to build even faster.

We're hiring a fullstack developer to work across the entire stack,  from the backend systems that process and analyze conversations to the interfaces where sales teams interact with the product every day.

Tech stack: .NET (C#), React (TypeScript), Azure, PostgreSQL, AI/LLM integrations, REST APIs, CRM integrations

What you'll do

You’ll build and ship product end-to-end. As a small team, what you build goes live quickly and has immediate impact.

On the backend, you’ll work in .NET on conversation processing, integrations, and AI pipelines. On the frontend, you’ll build fast, intuitive interfaces used every day. We prioritize speed and usability over perfect design systems.

You’ll work directly with the founders and have real influence over architecture, tooling, and product decisions. With that comes ownership - you’re responsible for what you ship.

Our AI vision

We both build AI products and use AI in development. Tools like Claude and Cursor are part of daily work. The role is shifting toward designing systems, shaping abstractions, and using AI to move faster - without lowering quality.

If you ship something, you should be able to explain, defend, and debug it. Speed matters, but quality still comes first.

What success looks like (first 90 days)
  • You're shipping to production and contributing meaningfully to active projects.
  • You understand the architecture, where the rough edges are, and what needs attention.
  • You have opinions about how we should build — and you're sharing them.

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of professional development experience. We don't care where you went to school or whether you went at all. We care that you've built real systems, dealt with real tradeoffs, and shipped under pressure.

Strong .NET experience - this isn’t negotiable. You should know the ecosystem well enough to pick up our codebase and start contributing quickly. But more than that, you should understand the architectural patterns behind it - how to structure a modern .NET application, what trade-offs matter, and how to build something that holds up as it grows. You should be able to build entirely new features from scratch with confidence.

Fullstack capability. You don't need to be equally strong on both ends, but you need to be able to move across the stack without waiting for someone else to unblock you.

Active, daily use of AI development tools. You've already integrated this into how you work. You have opinions about what these tools are good and bad at, and you're pushing to find the edges.

Comfort in the messy middle. We're a growing startup. There's pragmatic tradeoffs, things that need refactoring, and decisions that need to be made without perfect information. You should find that energising, not stressful.

You need to be based in Malmö or willing to relocate. We have fun in the office :)

Compensation & what's in it for you

Competitive salary depending on experience.

You’ll join early in a fast-growing company with experienced founders and strong B2B SaaS investors (including founders of Voyado, Inriver, and GetAccept). You’ll have real influence over a product already used daily - in a category that’s still being defined.
