Job Requirements
Who you are
- You are a driven and curious individual currently finalizing studies for, or recently graduated with a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline.
- You are a strong communicator in English.
- You are eager to gain real-world experience, develop new skills, and a meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- You have a “get things done” attitude, and you are eager to learn and overcome any challenges to accomplish your tasks.
- You take ownership, ask questions, and care about delivering polished, reliable outputs.
- You have implemented projects in Python with numpy, scipy, pandas, scikit-learn, and ideally basic knowledge of SQL.
- You have hands-on experience with traditional ML and LLM models and know how to set up experiments and model evaluation metrics.
- Experience with workflow building platforms(e.g. Retool, n8n), agent building frameworks (e.g. LangChain, CrewAI), and intergrating external APIs are a plus.
- Contribute ideas for improving scalability, usability, and adoption of internal AI systems.
- Help design, test, and improve AI workflows and agents used across multiple departments.
- Run small-scale prompting and workflow experiments, summarize results, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate team needs into simple AI solutions.
- Support team adoption of AI tools by creating guides, templates, and internal documentation.
