We're looking for Junior Data Analysts!

Temporary contract of employment – till December 2027

Location: Cracow

Hybrid work model after stationary training (2 days from the office)

Internal role name: ACE Assignment Marketing Analyst-Associate

Compensation for this role is min. 7500 zł gross

You will be responsible for:

• Analyzing pricing data within the customer migration area to support the company's efforts on completing a cross-functional project in a timely manner
• Collaborating with other analysts to provide the outcome of the tool execution and discuss main points of the new pricing setup
• Advising across the team on findings within the tool on possible development areas, potential errors to be addressed to improve overall process efficiency
• Supporting processing migration requests through a dedicated pricing system
• Utilising your analytical skills to meticulously examine quantitative information.
• Applying extensive Excel skills to execute a migration using Excel-based tool
• Identifying areas of improvement within tool given recommendation and adjust accordingly

What you'll need to succeed :

• Fluency in English (spoken and written, min. C1)
• Min. 1 year of experience in data analysis
• University Education (or equivalent through experience)
• Exceptional numerical and strategic analytical skills, coupled with strong process-oriented thinking
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (ability to use Excel functions like : Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot tables, Pivot slicers, Match, Index)
• Good communication skills: ability to clearly communicate complex data findings and insights from the migration tool to define the final offer accordingly
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in Finance or Pricing environment (or other relevant area)
• VBA, SQL or Phyton skills
