About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who thrives on ownership, technical excellence, and solving complex problems. This isn’t just another coding role—it’s a chance to shape product direction, influence architectural decisions, and build solutions that matter.

You’ll work directly with the founder, making high-impact technical decisions and contributing to the long-term strategy of the product and the company.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead full-stack development of enterprise applications from concept to deployment
• Take full ownership of features, including planning, implementation, and monitoring
• Architect and implement scalable backend services and APIs using modern frameworks such as tRPC
• Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces with modern React patterns (hooks, context, performance optimization)
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries (PostgreSQL + Prisma or Drizzle ORM)
• Implement secure authentication and authorization systems
• Develop real-time features using WebSockets and event-driven architecture
• Write comprehensive tests to maintain high-quality code standards
• Identify and solve critical issues proactively before they impact the product

You Are

• 5+ years of professional experience with TypeScript and modern React
• Strong expertise in Next.js with an emphasis on SEO optimization
• Proficient in PostgreSQL, Redis, and TailwindCSS
• Skilled in building secure and maintainable code following best practices
• Able to work autonomously, make technical decisions, and manage complex projects independently
• Experienced with REST APIs, async flows, and error handling
• Hands-on with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
• Comfortable with Git workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines

Bonus Points If You

• Have production experience with TanStack Query and tRPC
• Worked with modern authentication solutions like Better Auth
• Built WebSocket-based real-time applications
• Used Zustand or similar state management libraries
• Have cloud platform experience (AWS, Vercel, Railway) and serverless architecture
• Understand Docker, containerization, microservices, and distributed systems
• Built or maintained design systems and component libraries

Salary: OTE $50,000 - $80,000/year
